Refund and Cancellation

Thank you for choosing Experiments HQ as your Data-Driven Experimentation partner. We strive to provide our clients with the best possible service, but we understand that sometimes circumstances may require a refund or cancellation. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

  1. REFUNDS: We offer refunds for our services under the following circumstances:

  • If the service was not provided as described

  • If the service was not delivered within the specified timeframe

  • If the service did not meet your expectations despite our reasonable efforts to resolve any issues

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service being provided. We will process the refund within 30 days of the request. Please note that refunds are not available for any third-party expenses or costs incurred as part of our services.

  1. CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service delivery time. If you cancel a service within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will inform you of any applicable cancellation fees before processing the cancellation.

  2. NO-SHOWS: If you do not show up for a scheduled service delivery without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

By purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by this refund and cancellation policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, without notice. The updated policy will be posted on our website with the effective date.
